Notice of 2026 SGHA Annual General Meeting
Stittsville Girls Hockey Association
The Stittsville Girls Hockey Association will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting on:
Date: Sunday, June 28, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: ALE Amberwood
This notice is being posted in accordance with the SGHA Constitution.
The AGM will include regular Association business, including receipt/approval of the agenda, adoption of previous meeting minutes, reports from Officers, Directors and committees, presentation of financial information, appointment or reappointment of the auditor/accounting reviewer if applicable, governance update and consideration of a proposed revised SGHA Constitution, and election of Officers / confirmation or election of positions in accordance with the revised Constitution, if adopted.
A proposed revised SGHA Constitution will be circulated to members no later than June 13, 2026 for review prior to the AGM.
Members interested in standing for a Board position or volunteering in a Director, committee, or support role may submit an expression of interest to info@sgha.ca.
Eligible voting members in good standing are invited to attend. Questions regarding the AGM may be directed to info@sgha.ca.
